Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AUTOGRAPH, you agree to these Terms of Service. AUTOGRAPH is operated by Inevara Pty Ltd ("Inevara", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

AUTOGRAPH is a marketplace that connects event organisers ("Clients") with performers, photographers, speakers, and event professionals ("Performers"). Inevara facilitates introductions and bookings but is not party to the agreement between Clients and Performers.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information. False information may result in account termination.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts without prior written consent.

4. Bookings and payments

  • All bookings are subject to Performer availability and acceptance.
  • Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. Inevara is not responsible for payment disputes between Clients and Performers.
  • Cancellation and refund terms are set by each Performer and displayed on their profile. Inevara platform fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

5. Performer verification

AUTOGRAPH verifies Performer identity and credentials where possible. However, Inevara does not guarantee the accuracy of Performer representations and accepts no liability for Performer conduct at events.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the platform to solicit services outside the platform to avoid fees.
  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Attempting to circumvent platform security or access controls.

7. Intellectual property

AUTOGRAPH and all platform content (excluding Performer-supplied content) are owned by Inevara and protected by copyright. Performers retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Inevara a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Inevara's liability is limited to the fees paid by you to Inevara in the 12 months preceding the claim. Inevara is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
